Mrs. Mahmud is a Shareholder Director of Hamid Fabrics Limited. After graduating from Eden College, she involved herself in various social activities in Dhaka. She is also founder Director of Hamid Weaving Mills Limited, Hamid Spinning Mills Limited and Tazrian Weaving Mills Ltd. Her enduring inspiration and support nurtured the growth of Mahin Group from its inception in 1993.
